Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your session or mentorship package is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Scheduling

Each mentorship session is approximately 50 minutes in length.

Sessions are scheduled individually to allow flexibility as your career evolves and new opportunities arise. Availability is based on Adrianna Hyman’s current calendar.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

Package Expiration

To ensure continuity and momentum, mentorship packages expire after the following timeframes:

• Chef to Chef Mentorship (3 Sessions): Must be completed within 4 months of purchase.

• Irreplaceable Chef Intensive (5 Sessions): Must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

Unused sessions expire after these timeframes and are forfeited.

Refund Policy

All mentorship sessions and packages are non-refundable.

If, prior to the first scheduled session, Adrianna determines that the mentorship is not the appropriate fit for your needs, she reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

Once the first mentorship session has taken place, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for unused sessions.

Mentorship packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

Between-Session Support

Brief email communication between sessions is included for clarification or simple follow-up questions related to your mentorship.

Ongoing coaching, extensive feedback, document reviews, or real-time support outside scheduled sessions may require an additional support package.

Scope of Mentorship

Chef to Chef Mentorship is designed to provide personalized career guidance and professional development for chefs. Topics may include, but are not limited to:

• Career strategy

• Interviews and paid trials

• Compensation and contract negotiations

• Resume, portfolio, and personal brand feedback

• Private chef operations

• Estate service standards

• Leadership and communication

• Professional growth and career transitions

Every chef’s path is different. While Adrianna brings decades of experience and practical guidance, mentorship does not guarantee employment, interviews, job placement, compensation increases, business success, or any specific career outcome.

Professional Disclaimer

Mentorship is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing discussed during mentorship sessions should be considered legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, mental health, or employment advice. Clients are encouraged to seek guidance from appropriately licensed professionals regarding decisions within those areas.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important.

All mentorship conversations are treated as confidential. Adrianna Hyman will never intentionally disclose personal or professional information shared during mentorship unless required by law.

Clients are likewise expected to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary business information, methods, experiences, or materials shared during the mentorship.

Intellectual Property

All mentorship materials, frameworks, worksheets, guides, presentations, recordings (if applicable), and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Adrianna Hyman.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, published, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Recording

Mentorship sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of both parties.

Professional Conduct

Chef to Chef Mentorship is intended to provide a respectful, collaborative, and professional learning environment.

Adrianna reserves the right to end the mentorship without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

By purchasing a mentorship session or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
